NCPD Arrest Three For Hiding In Wendy's Bathroom To Rob Store

Police say two of the men hid in the bathroom until the store closed, then robbed it at gunpoint. The third was the driver.

Three men were arrested for hiding in the bathroom at a Wendy's in Franklin Square and robbing it once the store closed, police say.

According to police, Chaz Shelley, 21, of 200th Street, St. Albans, and Ruysdael Euzebe, 29, of Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, hid in the ladies room of the Wendy's at 1034 Hemsptead Turnpike until the store closed. Once all of the customers had left and the dining room doors were locked, police say Shelley and Euzebe left the bathroom wearing ski masks, approached the employees that were left and pulled out hand guns. They demanded cash from the register, according to police.

After getting the money, the two fled out a back door police say, into a car being driven by Aaron Salomon, 22, of Lawrence Street, Elmont.
