Having grown up in Lynbrook, there is nothing like walking up Atlantic Avenue and appreciating all there is in our town.

Being a sports fan, what could be better than taking a trip to the Card Shack and seeing all the great sports items in this store? This is a great way to spend some free time and check out all this store has to offer.

Card Shack has been in business since 1987, helping collectors find their special items, from autographed items to packs of cards. The shop carries Topps, baseball, football, hockey, basketball and has many specialty and autographed items, as well.

Card Shack hosts an event called "Pack Wars." The next one will have over $2,000 worth of prizes and every round it hosts, someone wins something out of the Grand Prize Showcase. There is an advanced admission ticket required for this event. The details of the date and time of the next "Pack Wars" will be taking place soon. In the past, this store has even had New York Mets and Yankees .
