On The Agenda: West Hempstead PTSA Meeting

Police officer, Councilman to attend the meeting.

The West Hempstead PTSA will hold their last meeting of the school year on Monday night, 7:30 p.m. at WHHS. 

Here is what's on the agenda for the meeting:

- A police officer from the Nassau County P.O.P Unit will be in attendance at the meeting.  He will be offering many tips as to how we can keep our kids/teens safe over the summer.

- Councilman Ed Ambrosino will be attending our meeting as well.  Here is a great opportunity to ask questions and raise concerns about issues and find out what is going on in West Hempstead.

- Principal reports, teacher reports and guidance reports will be read at the meeting as well.  There will also be information regarding the summer reading reading program. 

- Superintendent's Report and the School Board report will also be read.  Recently a new HS assistant principal and a new MS principal were hired. Get the latest information.

- Committee wrap-up & and Committee sign up for the next school year.  

- We will have a comment/suggestion box available at meeting.  If there is something you would like to anonymously suggest or see at future meetings, please feel free to make use of this suggestion box.
