Patch Question: What Should Replace the Feather Factory?

The former Mangrove Feather Building, which is also referred to as the "feather factory," has for many years.

Mayor William Hendrick has said a number of times in the past that a local developer is interested in building a hotel on the property, which is located just north of the train tracks.
