Patch Question: Vacant Cork n' Board Building - What Should Open Here?

It's been nearly 10 months since the and still the location that had been home to the restaurant for three decades sits empty.

According to Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, the owner of the building is still seeking a tenant for the 2,000 sq. ft. property which includes a basement and central air conditioning. He's asking for $4,400 in rent. Taxes are $30,000. Coach Realtors, , is handling the property.
