Registration Opens For Weekend Preschool In Malverne
Classes will held on seven Saturdays starting on Jan. 27.
MALVERNE, NY — The Malverne Union Free School District has announced details for the Saturday morning preschool program.
It focuses on language improvement, cognitive growth and social development.
Children who turned 3 or 4 years old by Sept. 1 and are toilet trained are eligible for the program.

The 9-11 a.m. classes will be held at the Maurice W. Downing Primary School on:
- Jan. 27
- Feb. 3, 10
- March 2, 9, 16 and 23
Registration takes place in the school's lobby on:

Tuesday, Jan. 9 and Wednesday, Jan. 10 from 3:15-5:15 p.m.
To register, you must bring the following documents: driver's license, school tax receipt, current utility bill and updated immunization papers.
The preschool program is free to children of the Malverne School District #12.
