West Hempstead Merchants Share Holiday Mirth

Putting aside the weak economy and work matters, West Hempstead merchants filled  a private party room in Pompei restaurant Tuesday night to celebrate the holidays.

The exclusive event for members of the West Hempstead Chamber of Commerce provided guests with great food, drinks, music and opportunities to meet fellow business men and women in the community.

In addition to the merriment, the merchants also collected gifts to donate to Toys for Tots and spent some time reflecting on the U.S. soldiers stationed overseas during the holidays.

The highlight of the night was a sing-along, in which the entire room was invited to join together in singing some holiday tunes.
