UPDATE 3 p.m.: Police say Sparks has been found unharmed. Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 14-year-old Long Island boy. Corey Sparks, of Newport Avenue in Medford, was last seen at his home last Thursday. He was reported missing on Sunday, Suffolk Police said. Sparks, who also goes by Joseline, is black, 6-feet tall, with a medium build. Sparks frequently wears women's clothing, police said. Sparks may be in the company of an acquaintance. Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or contact the Sixth Squad at <a href="tel:(631)%20854-8652" value="+16318548652" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">631-854-8652</a>.

Our Healthy Cooking Classes are open to anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition, healthy eating, and simple ways to add more plant-based foods into everyday meals. These free classes are made possible through a Whole Foods Foundation grant and are designed to be welcoming, educational, and hands-on.
Classes will be led by Sara Siskind and Heather Beahan, who both have strong backgrounds in nutrition and healthy cooking. Participants will learn practical cooking skills, nutrition tips, and affordable recipes they can make at home.
Each participant will prepare their own dish during class, allowing for a hands-on learning experience. Each class will also include cooking instruction, nutrition education, and a shared tasting experience.
