HOME INSPECTION TODAY AT BLUE RIDGE CONDO'S IN MEDFORD

Blue Ridge Condominiums are located off of Granny Rd. in Medford.

While driving into the community I found it to be quite quiet and serene.

I noticed a Clubhouse that boasts an indoor, and outdoor pool, and I'm sure other ameneties that I was unable to see. I heard they also have a 9 hole golf course.

I also noticed playground areas for residents seemed to be everywhere.

When I met my client and performed my Inspection, I entered the one bedroom unit, and found it to be quite spacious and a nice layout.

I am sure residents of this quiet Condominium Complex are quite pleased with living in this hidden gem of a community.

I am looking forward to Inspecting here again, and in some of the other Condo communities around the Island such as Bretton Woods in Coram, Whispering Pines, and Colonial Woods in Yaphank
