A fire caused significant damage to a Medford home on Thursday evening.
The blaze at 1 Jacobsen Court broke out at about 6:30 p.m. The Medford and Holtsville fire departments responded to the scene to extinguish the flames at the home, which is located at the corner of Franklin Avenue, a block south of Waverly Avenue.
