Here's Where Kids Can Eat For Free On Long Island On Halloween
Looking for a more substantial meal than mini candy bars? These 11 chain restaurants offer free or low-cost deals for kids on Halloween.

Chipotle
Adults and kids can get in on the Halloween fun here: come in costume on Halloween and get a $3 boorito (bowls, salads and tacos are also part of the promotion).
