IHOP To Take Over Shuttered Ruby Tuesday's In Medford In 2023
Officials plan to open the famous pancake house sometime in the first quarter of 2023, a rep told Patch.

MEDFORD, NY — While there's been rumors of IHOP branching out on Suffolk's South Shore not many panned out so to speak — until now.
Residents will soon be able to roll out of bed on a Sunday morning and head for a stack closer to home.
A rep for the restaurant told Patch that there are plans for the restaurant to open in the first quarter of 2023.

The pancake house has recently been renovating the old Ruby Tuesday's in the shopping center on Patchogue-Yaphank Road in Medford. A building permit has been issued by the Town of Brookhaven and workers have ripped out the burger joint's booths and other items while fixing it up for the new restaurant to move in.
Ruby Tuesday's closed during the pandemic, Greater Long Island reported.

IHOP's other Suffolk locations include Port Jefferson Station, Riverhead, Lake Ronkonkoma, Hauppauge, Bay Shore, Commack, Huntington Station, West Babylon, Lindenhurst, and Farmingdale.
The restaurant sells not only pancakes and an array of other breakfast foods, but also appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees.
