Man Robs Medford Bank

The man passed a note to a teller that threatened violence Monday morning, police say.

Police are searching for a man who robbed a Medford bank Monday morning.

According to police, the man entered TD Bank, located at 1806 Route 112, at 9:58 a.m. and passed a note to a teller that threatened violence and demanded cash.

The teller complied with the man’s demands and gave him cash from the drawer, police said. The robber then fled the bank on foot westbound on Southaven Avenue. No injuries were reported.

The robber is described as white, approximately 5-foot-8, between 35 and 40 years-old with a medium build. He was wearing a ski mask, sunglasses and a gray jacket.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
