Police Seeking Underwear Thief

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who they say stole merchandise from a Shirley store earlier this month.

According to police, the man entered the Kohl’s located at 999 Montauk Highway on Nov. 14 at about 7 p.m. and stole several packages of underwear and T-shirts. The man then fled into the passenger seat of a silver/gray older model Toyota 4Runner.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
