Suffolk Police Holding Property Auction Wednesday

Auction will be held in Yaphank.

The Suffolk County Police Department Property Section will hold a property auction on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. at its Property Section Building, located next to Police Headquarters at 30 Yaphank Avenue in Yaphank.

Among the items being auctioned are hand and power tools, a generator, automotive items, household items, televisions, electronics, furniture, clothing, bicycles and jewelry. Motor vehicles and motorcycles will not be part of the auction, police said.

The event will be held rain or shine and all items will be sold in “as is” condition. All purchases are subject to New York State sales tax and payments must be made in cash.
