Suffolk Police Searching For Man Who Used Stolen Credit Cards
The credit cards were stolen from a pocketbook at a Medford business, and then they were used at a gas station nearby, cops say.

MEDFORD, NY — Suffolk detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating the person who used stolen credit cards at a gas station in Medford earlier this month.
The credit cards were stolen from a pocketbook at a business on Peconic Avenue, and then they were used at a BP gas station on Route 112 nearby, on Dec. 9 at about 12:30 p.m., police said. No further details were released.

Suffolk's Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case of the stolen credit cards. Detectives are asking anyone with information about the thefts to contact Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, or by using a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips. Tips can also be submitted online at www.P3Tips.com.
