Harris was driving a 2006 BMW M3 west on the parkway when he rear-ended a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, causing both vehicles to leave the road on the right shoulder, police said. The BMW struck a guide rail, overturned and continued into a utility box, while the Chevy continued forward, hitting the guide rail, according to police.
