The restaurant is also runby local Merrick natives. Chef AJ Orlich and co-owner Guy Bolognese opened the restaurant more than 10 years ago and as Merokeans themselves, they understand what the local clientele wants.
The establishment also offers off-site catering, private party space and special restaurant nights. These include live music, psychic readings and even cooking classes.
