Argument Escalates At Merrick Pizzeria: Police
Nathan Hinson faces charges that include robbery and grand larceny, police said.

MERRICK, NY — A man was arrested Saturday night after an altercation at Merrick pizzeria.
Nathan Hinson, 59, of Uniondale, is accused of causing a disturbance at Michael Anthony's Pizzeria on Jerusalem Avenue, police said.
Hinson had an argument with a female victim, 57, that escalated, police said. The woman took out her cell phone to dial 911 when the subject pushed her and forcibly removed her phone, authorities said.

Hinson entered a dark-colored SUV and fled. He was placed in custody a short time later without incident. He is charged with third-degree robbery, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree grand larceny.
