
Two men armed with handguns robbed the Five Guys restaurant in Merrick Friday night, police said.
According to police, the men wearing ski masks and dressed all in black entered the Five Guys located at 2099 Merrick Road at 11:15 p.m. The restaurant closed at 10 p.m., but there was still one employee, a 25-year-old man, working inside, police said.
The robbers displayed black revolvers, struck the employee in the head and demanded money before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. The employee was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

No arrests have been made. One of the robbers was described as 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds. The other was described as 5-foot-7 and 130 pounds.
Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
