
When training a client I sound like a broken record - "Inhale, exhale, keep breathing, don't hold your breath, just breathe!"
But often we 'forget' to breathe when exercising and in our daily life. The cool thing is; changing your breath can be life changing.
Here are some interesting facts about breathing:
Studies show that focusing on your breath during meditation, yoga or just taking a couple of minutes to practice mindful breathing can stimulate brain growth, improve your heart rate, lower stress, alleviate anxiety, lower blood pressure & decrease negative emotions.
So take a few moments to focus on your breath. You deserve to relax and receive.
