Cooking: Celebrate the Chinese New Year

Date: Tuesday, Jan. 28th. Time: 7:30pm

Surprise your family with something new for dinner! Penn Hongthong will demonstrate how to make simple Chinese cooking. She’ll teach you how to prepare Eggplant with garlic sauce, Chicken with mixed vegetables and Beef with tomato, pepper and onion. The first 40 attendees will receive tastings with Chinese tea enjoyed by all. Recipes will be distributed.
