Dina Lohan Pleads Guilty To DWI; Faces 18 Days In Jail: Nassau DA

MINEOLA, NY — Dina Lohan pleaded guilty to a DWI charge and faces 18 days in jail, the office of the Nassau County District Attorney confirmed.

Lohan, of North Merrick, also gets five years probation for the plea deal, the D.A.'s office said.

Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 3.

The mother of actress Lindsey Lohan is also expected to participate in a victim impact panel and an alcohol program.

The plea comes from a January incident where Lohan is accused of t-boning another vehicle, leaving the scene and being intoxicated, TMZ reported.

Lohan, 59, who initially pleaded not guilty, was previously charged in 2013 with speeding and a blood-alcohol level more than double the legal limit, the New York Post said.
