Tai Chi is a set of movements developed thousands of years ago in China. Modern Americans have learned that Tai Chi is an excellent exercise to help improve balance, stamina, coordination and well being. The movements may be performed standing or seated. Come enjoy this very popular course of Advanced Yang style Tai Chi in a supportive relaxed atmosphere, it will soothe the mind and challenge the body.
