This free mortgage outreach event will allow customers to meet face-to-face with home retention specialists to review options for home loan modifications or provide other alternatives to foreclosure, as well as review loan modification files already in progress.
The event will be held at the Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Uniondale from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (last appointment taken at 6:30 p.m.)
Here is what homeowners can expect:
• Bank of America customers are encouraged to pre-register for the events by going online to www.bankofamerica.com/outreachevent or by calling 1.855.201.7426 (this is a toll-free number). Appointments are available from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm daily.
• Customers should be prepared to be on-site for at least 2-3 hours (from check-in to exit). They should also come prepared with documentation so that we can verify their income and residency to determine which options may be available for them.
