Tai Chi-Yang Style for Beginners

Helene Just leads the following classes. Each session runs for 6 weeks. Please make checks only payable to the Merrick Library for $20.00. Tai Chi is a set of movements developed thousands of years ago in China. Modern Americans have learned that Tai Chi is an excellent exercise to help improve balance, stamina, coordination and well being. The movements may be performed standing or seated. Registration begins August 18 for Merrick residents. Non residents September 1.     Location: Multipurpose Room B
