On Thursday, October 3rd, the Jewel Quinn Senior Center officially became a part of the JASA Senior Center network. The JASA Jewel Quinn Senior Center offers a variety of classes to seniors such as: art, yoga, nutrition and many others. Development of additional programs is underway and will be announced soon. Founded in 1968, JASA (Jewish Association Serving the Aging) provides social work, recreational, health, housing, cultural, and educational programs for tens of thousands of older adults per year -- regardless of their race, religion, or ethnicity -- to help sustain them in their homes and communities and to offer opportunities for a better quality of life.
