kitchen for rent

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that there is a new incubator Kitchen on Long Island. It is conveniently located on Broadway(Route 110) in the town of Amityville. It is close to all major roads and highways( Montauk Hwy, Merrick Road, Sunrise Hwy, Southern State Parkway, Northern State Parkway, and the Long Island Expressway) and is only one block from the LIRR stop and the Suffolk Bus System.We provide 4 Kitchen spaces for rent on 4 hour shifts. We are open 24 hours every day. We are offering an introductory rate of $110 per shift for the rest of 2013. It will increase to $125 per shift on Jan 1, 2014. As you may be aware both of those rates are the cheapest around.Our rates are the best and so is our services.
