- Find out more details about the bail scam targeting elderly folks at WABC-TV. Police say a 73-year-old Seaford resident helped take down Joshua Estrella Gomez, 28, who claimed to be a bail bondsman associated with her grandson. Police had the woman pretend to give the man the money he requested, enabling police to arrest him. Click over to the article to see the events captured on tape.
- New York State has approved a new area code in Nassau County. Beginning in 2023, 516 will no longer be assigned to new numbers. The new three-digit prefix hasn't been determined yet. (Patch)
