The plan calls for four new classrooms and three therapy rooms.
Kramer said in an online video on Thursday that they have a waiting list of 100 children for the Hebrew school and the construction would fit as many as 70 more students.
Funding would also go toward scholarships to give underprivileged youngsters an education and assist with food security.
