The wellness strategist received her Master's degree in Exercise Science.

"This has really become my purpose," she said. "I never sought out to become an entrepreneur. I never thought I would be somebody who had a podcast."

She said it's important to stay calm and be empowered while working on wellness, instead of getting bogged down with feeling stressed and confused.

"When you're taking care of your health, most of us don't correlate that what you're doing to take care of your body could be hurting you in several ways," Chante said. "That's one of the things I like to shed light around when they work with me or listen to my podcast."
