Liberty New York Water invites customers to a Town Hall event where we can better get to know each other. Liberty community members are encouraged to come meet our team, learn about our new and improved customer experience, infrastructure updates, water quality, water conservation, and more. The event will be held Thursday, Oct. 20th at 5:30 p.m. at the Merrick Library, 2279 Merrick Ave., Merrick.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn from Liberty experts by visiting staffed tables. Topics will range from smart irrigation controllers and water conservation to paying bills online and taking full advantage of new smart meters.

“We are eager to meet with our customers,” said Chris Alario, President, Liberty, New York Water. “Partnering with the communities we serve is core to our values and paramount to our success.”
