Liberty New York Water Invites Customers to Open Forums

MERRICK, N.Y. (November 6, 2023) Liberty New York Water welcomes customers to attend an upcoming community Town Hall where information about the company will be shared and customer questions will be answered.

Representatives from various departments will be available to speak with customers including members of the water quality, water conservation, customer service, and engineering teams.

“We encourage our customers to attend one of these informative Town Halls so that we can get to know each other and learn from one another,” said Liberty New York Water President, Deborah Franco. “Our customers’ input and experiences matter to us and help us do a better job of serving them. I will also be sharing information about our plans and operations for the year ahead.”
