Man Exposed Himself At Nassau Softball Practice: Police
Police say he was taking pictures of girls and exposing himself, but drove off before officers arrived.

A New Jersey man was arrested on Tuesday after police say he was seen exposing himself at a girls softball practice in August.
According to police, Carl Livingston, 19, of Pittstown, New Jersey, was seen taking pictures and exposing himself while in his car, watching a girls softball practice at Newbridge Park in Bellmore on Aug. 17. Police say Livingston left the park before officers arrived.
An investigation led police to Livingston, who was arrested without incident in Uniondale on Tuesday.

Livingston is charged with public lewdness and is scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Wednesday.
Nassau County police ask anyone that feels they may have been a victim of Livingston to call the Seventh Squad at 516-573-6753. All callers will remain anonymous.
