Merrick Man Sent Emails With Confidential Data to Personal Account: Police
The man was fired from his job as a supervisor loan officer on March 11, police say.

EAST GARDEN CITY, NY - A former supervisor loan officer at an East Garden City company was arrested for sending emails containing data on his personal email on Wednesday afternoon, according to Nassau Police.
Juan Munoz, 33, of Merrick, while employed by ICC Mortgage, sent emails with names, addresses, loan numbers and other data to himself on a personal email account, police said.
On March 11, Munoz was fired from his job, police said.
On Wednesday, he was placed under arrest without incident at 990 Stewart Avenue.
Munoz is charged with criminal possession of computer material, police said.
