Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Meadowbrook Crash
The accident occurred Sunday night, police say.

A 45-year-old Queens man is in critical condition after he was ejected from his motorcycle in a crash on the Meadowbrook State Parkway Sunday night, police said.
According to State Police, Wendell Bart was riding a 2008 Kawasaki at a “high rate of speed” southbound on the Meadowbrook, south of Hempstead Turnpike, when the motorcycle rear-ended a Scion sedan at about 8:41 p.m.
Bart, of Laurelton, was ejected and suffered serious head trauma, police said. He was taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow and is listed in critical condition.

The driver of the Scion, 19-year-old Jazmine Guerra, of Oceanside, was not injured.
The accident investigation is ongoing and anyone who witnessed this accident is asked to contact State Police at 631-756-3300.
