Nassau Man Caught Red-Handed After Scamming Senior: Police
Police say they arrested him as he picked up the package of money he allegedly conned a senior citizen into sending him.

A West Hempstead man was arrested on Wednesday after police say he scammed a senior out of more than $9,000.
According to police, Saul Agraz Morales, 20, of McKinley Street, called an 82-year-old West Hempstead man at his home on May 14. Morales told the man that his granddaughter was arrested, police say, and that he needed to send $9,200 to a home in Roosevelt for bail.
The victim agreed and sent the money to the address. After he did, he became concerned and contacted police.
