Nassau Man Exposed Himself To Multiple Teens: Police
Police say he exposed himself to teens and fondled himself on at least two occasions.

ROOSEVELT, NY — A Roosevelt man was arrested on July 4 and charged with multiple counts of public lewdness after police say he exposed himself to teens on multiple occasions.
According to police, the first incident occurred on May 18, 2019 on Uniondale Avenue in Uniondale. Two girls, ages 14 and 15, said there was a man in the backyard of a home touching himself while looking at them, police said. He fled before officers arrived.
On Jun 6, 2020, a 16-year-old boy was jogging on Washington Avenue in Roosevelt when he was approached by a man in his car, police said. The man started a conversation with the boy while exposing and fondling himself, police said. Police say the man asked the teen if he could take him home, at which point the teen fled and the man drove off.

After an investigation, police arrested Elmer Guerra, 35, on July 4. He is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of public lewdness. He was arraigned on Sunday.
