The office of Immigration &amp; Refugee Services is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice to counsel, process, file, and represent clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and EOIR Immigration Court. Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. The remains that Nassau County police recovered from a wooded area in Roosevelt on Friday have been identified as belonging to 16-year-old Angel Soler, of Roosevelt.Soler has been missing for months. He was last seen leaving his home in the evening of Friday, July 21. Police have not said how long the remains had been in the woods or how long Soler had been dead. No cause of death has been revealed.<a href="https://patch.com/new-york/merrick/nassau-police-dig-human-remains-investigation-site" target="_blank">Police had been searching the scene</a> since Thursday morning. A tip from the Department of Homeland Security led them to believe there could be human remains in the area.The site was a 27-acre wooded area located off West Greenwich Avenue in Roosevelt, near the Southern State Parkway.
