Montana Brothers Pizzeria and Restaurant is a brand-new business opening up this week in South Freeport. Brothers Joe and Frank Montana have joined together to create a family-friendly Italian restaurant that offers Authentic Sicilian Cuisine. Dine in or take out, delivering to Freeport, Merrick, and Baldwin. It was important for the brothers to open their new business in the town of Freeport. While many restaurants and local businesses still remain closed due to the effects of Sandy, the brothers keep the community close to heart and are working towards Mayor Robert Kennedy’s goal of revitalizing the town. Located at 385 South Main Street, Montana Brothers is 3,000 square foot restaurant, which is part of a shopping center that is just a couple of yards off one of the many legendary canals of Freeport. The venue is equipped with a full bar and dining room. Montana Brothers also offers catering and on-site private parties. You no longer have to head to Little Italy for an authentic Italian dining experience. The menu consists of family recipes passed down through four generations from Classic Tomato Sauces to modern entrees including Basil Crusted Salmon and Tuscan Salad. Specials include Stuffed Homemade Gnocchi or Penne served with Sunday Sauce. Every in-house dining experience ends with complimentary zeppole.
