Not Just Books: This Week's Library Events
There's plenty going on at the Merrick and North Merrick libraries this week.
How often do you visit the library?
Many people would be surprised to find out how many things actually go on at the library. Most things at the Merrick and North Merrick libraries are even free to residents.
On Tuesday, kids are invited to the Merrick Library at 1:30 p.m. to make a fish craft out of recycled CD's. Adults feeling creative can attend the Long Island Writers Guild at 7 p.m., where everyone will have a chance to share their work and discuss the work of others.
