ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — In the wake of a weekend rally by the Proud Boys in Rockville Centre, the community will gather in response on Wednesday evening, Dec. 1.

Residents will assemble for The "RVC United Against Hate" at the steps of Central Synagogue-Beth Emeth.

Mayor Francis Murray and local clergy will address the crowd at the 6:30 p.m. event. But organizers say this will be a non-political rally.
