Excessive speed was a contributing factor in the single-car crash, police say. A 15-year girl was behind the wheel of the stolen SUV.

FREEPORT, NY – State Police have identified the three teens killed and seven other people injured in a crash on the Meadowbrook State Parkway Friday morning.
