Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease in Merrick for Subway.
The sandwich shop is expected to open in January in 900 square feet at the Merrick Mall, a shopping center at Merrick Avenue and Smith Street.
Other tenants in the center include a Stop & Shop supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Outback Steakhouse, Roslyn Savings Bank, and Carvel.
