Teens Rob Uniondale Restaurant at Gunpoint

The robbery occurred on Monday night.

UNIONDALE, NY - Two teens robbed a Uniondale restaurant at gunpoint on Monday night, according to Nassau Police.

The duo, armed with a black handgun, entered the New Mei Ho Kitchen on 504 Uniondale Avenue and demanded money from the 40-year-old cashier at about 8:30 p.m.

The woman complied with an undetermined amount of cash from the cash register, police said.

The men then fled the store southbound onto Uniondale Avenue.

There were no reported injuries.

Both men are described as 17 to 19 years old and were wearing blue hooded sweatshirts.
