Dina Lohan, the 50-year-old mother of Lindsay Lohan, was arrested for DWI and speeding after she recorded a .20 BAC, according to New York State Police.
After being taken in by police for processing, Lohan alleged that she was injured during the arrest. Emergency personnel were called, but when they arrived, Lohan did not have any injuries and she allegedly recanted her claim.
She was later released to a sober third party, police said, and she's due to appear at First District Court on Sept. 24.
