Video: Calhoun Rocks Out at Battle of the Bands
High school holds it's second annual rock n' roll event.
Calhoun High School recently held its second-annual Battle of the Bands, a fundraising event to support the school band's trip to a competition in Florida as well as The Wounded Warrior Project, a charity that supports military veterans injured in the line of duty.
The bands involved in tearing the roof off of Calhoun's auditorium included Along The Falls, 42 Reasons, Bassline, Spyderbyte, and Butterfly Convict. In addition, a special appearance was made by The Sliders, a group made up of several Calhoun alumni.
