1 Pound Of Pot Found During Traffic Stop: NYSP
Police said it was determined there was probable cause to search the women's vehicle.

WOODBURY, NY — State police arrested a Wappingers Falls woman after a traffic violation and accused her of having more than a pound of marijuana. Troopers stopped a vehicle being driven by Lindsey A. Abrams, 29, of Wappingers Falls, around 2:15 a.m. Feb 19 on I-87 in the Town of Woodbury.
During an interview, troopers determined there was probable cause to search her car.
As a result of the search, Abrams was found to have about 17.25 ounces of marijuana, police said

She was taken to the Newburgh barracks where she was charged with the following:
- Second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony
- Vehicle and traffic violations
Abrams was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court.
