11YO Girl Stabbed Saturday In Newburgh
Two girls were charged in the incident and another is being sought by police.

NEWBURGH, NY — An 11-year-old girl was stabbed Saturday in the City of Newburgh, and a teenage girl who was threatening police officers with a knife was tackled at gunpoint. Police were called to the Kenny Court apartments around 8:45 p.m. and found a large group of girls and the one who was stabbed.
A 13-year-old girl swung a large kitchen knife at officers and was told to drop it, recordonline.com said.
She was eventually tacked from behind by one of the officers.

The 13-year-old was taken into custody and another was charged with assault, News12 said.
Police said a third girl is being sought in connection with the stabbing.
