14-Year-Old Boy, 14-Year-Old Girl Arrested After Doing This To A Public Bathroom: Police

The teens were charged with felonies in the vandalism of the bathroom at the Lewis DiStasi Pavilion, in the Town of Lloyd, police say.

TOWN OF LLOYD, NY — The Town of LLoyd Police Department says two 14-year-olds from Highland were arrested after an investigation into vandalism at a Town of Lloyd property.

The boy and girl were arrested on Thursday after causing over $1,400 of damage to the bathroom of the Lewis DiStasi Pavilion, according to cops.

The 14-year-old boy was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief, and fifth-degree conspiracy.

The 14-year-old girl was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy.

Both teens were released to their parents on an Ulster County Family Court Appearance ticket, and are due at Ulster County Probation on Feb.19.
